Courses/Mission: Strengthen the person in his/her several dimensions (physical, emotional and spiritual), through the practice of the Chinese Martial Arts spread and maintain the tradition of these Arts with the right historical and cultural context, to promote high quality education highlighting the technique, history, theory, inner energy and ethics.

Northern Praying Mantis
Target Public: adults from both sexes, over 12 years old.
The Northern Praying Mantis relies on techniques of extreme velocity and precision. It is a complete system (combination of 18 of the best systems from XVII century China) that contains a wide range of Hand Forms, weapons, combats and inner energy. It distinguishes for strategies of short and long distance combats, with soft and rigid techniques and essentially the attack is simultaneous with the defense and not separated.

Lai’s Chin-Na, self defense classes
Target Public: adults from both sexes, over 16 years old.
Specific Self Defense classes, with twisting and throwing techniques. Extremely useful in big urban centers, in situations in which you have to act and there isn’t time for thinking. PhD Brendan Lai taught this programme in San Francisco State University, USA, for many years. Chief Instructor Samuel was allowed to teach this Self Defense system in Brazil in 2001, in the presence of Grand Master Brendan Lai.
